Hi, I’m Bianca—but most people know me as Bee.

I founded biinc. because I believe every great transformation begins with an idea—and every great idea deserves the chance to become a new chapter.

Whether I’m partnering with an organization navigating change or helping someone take the next step in their career, my goal is the same: to bring clarity, build confidence, and help people move forward.

For more than 18 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, process, and technology, helping organizations navigate HR transformation, Workday initiatives, organizational change, and people operations. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best solutions aren’t just technically sound—they’re practical, people-centered, and built to last.

Outside of consulting

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping professionals discover what’s next. Whether it’s a résumé, LinkedIn profile, interview, or career pivot, I love helping people recognize their strengths and take the next step with confidence.
